Cancellations or rescheduling must be done more than 48 hours before the cleaning appointment, otherwise we charge a fee as follows:  
Recurring Customers: Short-notice cancellations less than 48 hours before the cleaning appointment will be charged a fee of $50.
One-Time Cleans:  A cancellation within 24 hours before the cleaning appointment will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the cleaning quote.  A cancellation less than 48 hours before the cleaning appointment will be charged a fee of $100.

Because we reserve time specifically for your home and are often unable to fill appointments on short notice, cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than two (2) business days' notice are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled cleaning price.
