Carolina is a Business Administrator and has over 15 years of experience working in a globally leading consumer health care company. She has a track record of steering business acceleration strategies and turnarounds blending the methodological corporate approach with entrepreneurial spirit required in fast-paced environments.
Tomas is a Business Administrator and has over 18 years of experience in sales and procurement leading roles for multinational companies.
Tomas and Carolina reside in New Jersey, along with their 2 sons, Joaquin (10) and Simon (9) and their German Shepherd dog, Arya. The Perez Navia family enjoys being outdoors, doing BBQs, visiting parks and beaches. They also love travelling and visiting family and friends overseas. They are excited to continue to grow Two Maids of Westfield and Essex County and be an active part of these communities.
