Hi, we are Michael and Sarah Schieffer, the proud owners of Two Maids O'Fallon!
After spending years growing our careers and exploring multiple entrepreneurial paths, we stepped fully into business ownership together. We both bring a strong foundation in building relationships, creating systems, and running efficient operations—skills that now drive everything we do.
We manage Two Maids throughout the St. Charles County area, with our location based in Wentzville, MO. Our passion for service, cleanliness, and helping families feel at ease in their homes naturally led us into the residential cleaning industry, where Two Maids’ values aligned perfectly with our own.
Outside of work, we love spending time together with our growing family—our two daughters and newborn son. We enjoy raising farm animals, gardening, soaking up lake-life at the Lake of the Ozarks, and traveling—especially to national parks and beaches.
As the owners of Two Maids O'Fallon, our mission is simple: deliver exceptional cleaning services while making a positive impact on every home and every family we serve.
