We are Mari Millard and Marnie Hammel and we are proud to helm this women owned business. Mari has her MBA, is a published author, a former stand-up comedian, an avid pickleball player and has completed the Richmond marathon twice. Marnie is a lawyer, an active Ironman triathlete, a cyclist, kayaker, and a big fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers.  
We purchased our first Two Maids in 2016. We are proud that in the last 9 years we have grown to own 10 locations and we have achieved many awards along the way. Throughout the journey we have been impacted by our team members, clients and business partners. Perhaps our favorite part has been working with Cleaning For A Reason to donate hundreds of free cleanings to women battling cancer in our area. We also invest in our community in other charitable ways. 
We recognize the trust necessary to enter your homes and we take that very seriously. We strive for excellent customer service and follow-up after every cleaning. If there are ever any issues we always offer to send a team back. We are unique in using a Pay For Performance Model where your rating each service helps structure the cleaner's compensation. This allows everyone to be focused each and every cleaning assuring that the 300th cleaning is just as excellent as the 1st.
