At Two Maids, our goal is to make a difference in people's daily lives. We help busy families maintain beautiful, clean and healthy homes and take care of the chores that no one has the time or energy to do. We proudly serve our customers so they can focus on what matters most to them.
Two Maids actively supports the "Cleaning for a Reason" organization, which offers free housecleaning to people undergoing cancer treatment. Most of us have experienced cancer first-hand and we know that the kindness and service of others is a blessing that can provide some comfort and peace of mind in challenging times. Two Maids is proud to play a small part in that effort. We also partner with Alliance for Hope International to help provide support and care for survivors of domestic violence.
At Two Maids, we endeavor to build dedicated and honest teams that looks forward to caring for your home. Our Belcamp Team
We’re Jasmine and David Padilla. Most nights at our place in Havre de Grace end the same way: two daughters comparing paint-splattered hands from art projects, our puppy snoring under the table, and dinner plates stacked while we trade stories from the day. Somewhere between homework, activities, and bedtime, the to-do list tries to steal the evening—laundry here, dishes there, floors that “really should get done.” We know that feeling. It’s exactly why we chose this work.
Jasmine spent 12 years in the Air Force Reserves. By day she’s paralegal, which means details, discretion, and deadlines are her native language. After years of watching chores crowd out the moments that matter, she made a decision: help families ditch the chores and keep the memories. Two Maids became the way to do it—by building a team that treats every home with the same care we expect for our own.
David served 5 years in the Navy and 12 years in the Air Force Reserve. He manages our day-to-day operations the way the best units run—clear standards, real training, and follow-through. His motivation is simple and immediate: help hard-working families get their weekends back—now. From background checks and hands-on coaching to quality checks and scheduling, he makes sure our teams show up prepared, professional, and kind.
We live in Havre de Grace, and we’re launching Two Maids of Belcamp & Bel Air from our office in Belcamp, MD—the hub where our teams, training, and schedules come together—while life happens at home in Havre de Grace: school drop-offs, grocery runs, muddy hiking boots after a trail, fishing poles in the trunk, art supplies everywhere. It’s what reminds us what a clean home really buys: more time around the table, more room to breathe, more space for the good stuff.
